Cancellation policy

At Jomeday Therapeutic Massage, we understand that life happens, and sometimes you may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. To ensure fairness to both our clients and therapists, we have the following cancellation policy:

24+ hours notice: No fee for cancellations or rescheduling.

Less than 24 hours: A cancellation fee applies.

No-shows: Full session fee will be charged.

Late arrivals: Sessions may be shortened, full price still applies.

Emergencies: Contact us ASAP, and we’ll do our best to assist.
